Join ACTIVATE (Grand Rapids SDS) for a march demanding an immediate end to the United States’ occupation of Iraq. We’ll highlight connections to local institutions that sustain the occupation. Bring signs, banners, drums, noisemakers, etc.

I have already signed up on UFPJ website to indicate I will participate in Activate SDS anti-war march in Gr on March 15. I am from Ludington and hope to organize a contingent from this area to come to GR for the demonstation that day. We had about 20 peace activists who went to Chicago for the Oct UFPJ Mobilization. Please keep me updated as plans develop.

Thank you all for keeping up the peace and protest work in GR. I will be coming with friends from The Progressive Democrats of West Michigan. We marched with you last year to Vern Ehler’s house and look forward to another spirited event! We will be hosting a vigil on March 19th in Hastings too.
